Our Activities and Services

From arts and crafts to music, keep fit sessions, and regular outings, there’s something for everyone.

Our on-site salon welcomes a professional hairdresser every week, providing a popular and much-loved service for our residents. If you prefer, arrangements can also be made for your personal hairdresser to visit and use our salon facilities.
- Outings
We take pride in offering regular outings for our residents using our minibus. From pub lunches and visits to safari parks to a relaxing coffee at a local garden centre, we aim to provide something enjoyable for everyone.
- Entertainment
We host a range of different entertainers throughout the month and regularly update our noticeboard to keep you informed of what is happening. Some of the firm favourites include singers, fitness instructors and theatre groups.
- Activities
Our team organizes a variety of engaging daily activities to suit all interests. Residents can enjoy baking, arts and crafts, bingo, and our popular ‘knit and natter’ sessions. We also arrange church visits and other social activities to foster a vibrant and inclusive community.

Our Building
The Priory building combines timeless charm with modern functionality. Originally a Vicarage constructed in 1903 and converted into a care home for the elderly in 1968, the home has been carefully renovated to meet the highest standards of safety and comfort since being bought by the Johnson Family in 1998.

Led by our Registered Manager, who has been with us for an impressive 23 years and was the 2024 runner-up in the Registered Manager category at the West Midlands Care Awards, our team is committed to excellence.
